Finnish Amateur Radio League, SRAL ry. held its AGM in Salo, hosted by local club, OH1AD.
esides electing new members to its Board of Representatives ; Memma, OH1EG and Pekka, OH8HBG, the meeting accepted to assist the financially troubled, almost fully owned by SRAL, ham equipment sales company SRAT Oy.
Meeting authorized SRALīs board to execute upto 25000 euros worth of loans granted by SRAL into equity.
This authorisation pulled the sales company from the edge of receivership but left the uncertainty, if the company would be viable to continue its business. Time will tell.
