After a lengthy iteration of the date and QTH the BDXC was summoned to an AGM @ Restaurant Sea Horse 
in Helsinki. 
The luncheon marked also a farewell of the Chair person, who will fly down to south to escape the miserable
OH winter weather. "Wise man", we said with applause.
